Experience La Thuile, the wild side of Mont Blanc! A chance to escape, relax and rejuvenate whilst experiencing some of the most stunning scenery in The Alps…

Itinerary * All classes are Optional!

Day 1: Arrive into La Thuile - Yoga & Meditation Class - Dinner at local Italian restaurant

Day 2 & 3: Yoga & meditaion - Breakfast in the chalet - Alpine hike, with a possibility of exploring on snow-shoes (weather dependent) - Nutrition talk - Dinner at local Italian restaurant

Day 4: Morning yoga & meditation - Breakfast in the chalet - Free time / departure



Catherine will lead a variety of daily meditations, guided, walking and silent, to help us all get the most out of this amazing connection with ourselves and nature. Meditation has so many benefits, so whether you are an experienced meditator or a complete beginner, our daily meditation sessions will be of benefit to all. Meditation does not mean we will be spending hours cross-legged on a cushion! Instead, everything e do during the retreat will be done mindfully. This gives our bodies and minds the opportunity to experience everything to a deeper and more connected level. Common outcomes include a greater sense of calm, connection, reduced tension and an increased sense of purpose. Catherine is alos a registered Acess Conscious Bar practictioner and offers one:one sessions, contact Catherine for more information.

Jessica will lead the yoga classes and nutrition talks. With a background in physiotherapy, Jessica underpins yoga with a knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to facilitate safe movement patterns that feel great for the body and make a lasting positive impact. Classes will range from dynamic and playful to calm and restorative, depending on the day's activity and group energy. All classes are appropriate for all levels, from newbies to experienced yogis. Jessica has a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and is passionate about translating nutritional science. In a world of sensationalised headlines and misleading claims, Jessica cuts through the nonsense to communicate clear, objective information informed by evidence. Example talks include: 'Nutrition and the Immune System'; 'Nutrition and Sleep'; 'Sustainable Nutrition'. Requests welcome.

Alpine Walks: we will set off on foot from the chalet and soon find ourselves in alpine wilderness. Walking through forests and mountain trails we will come across waterfalls, pristine lakes and spectacular views. A basic level of alking fitness is required, being comfortable walking on undulating terrain at a steady pace for around 4 hours. Whilst there are some steeper paths we will take our time and makes sure we stop regularly to take in the beautiful environment, and to spot the local wildlife!

Accomodation: Exclusive use of a modern yet authentic alpine chalet. All single room occupancy or double for couples. Each room has its on small living space and kitchenette, allowing you some private space to relax during downtime if desired.

Logistics & Details: Flights and transfers to be booked by participants and costs is NOT included in retreat. Closest airports: Geneva, Milan Malpensa, Turin, liaise with Jessica for assistance and before booking please.

Kit needed: Warm clothing and hiking boots. Full other kits details list will be provided.

Costs: £775 + VAT (5% until March 2021). 50% deposit required by January 31st 2021

Having had successful corporate careers, all of which were great stepping stones but not my calling, I took a leap of faith to follow my passion (against all advice) of working with holistic health and animals and I have never looked back. As a mother of 2 and 4 legged children, my passion to ‘walk the talk’ inspires those I work with. I love the balance between science and spirituality, and I have seen the difference that introducing such techniques as meditation, nutrition, taking responsibility for my thoughts, words and actions, being in nature and surrounding myself with inspiring people can have, and I am passionate about sharing this with others on a similar path.
